Our rings come with complimentary annual cleaning, polishing and gem tensioning*. Simply email us around the yearly anniversary of your ring’s previous servicing to schedule your annual servicing. Annual servicing is optional but recommended. One complimentary resizing** is offered within six months of purchase for all untextured*** gold engagement and wedding rings. Engagement rings are accompanied by an appraisal from a third-party gemologist and come in a lovely ring box. Please note only rings are eligible for our care package.
Our rings are handcrafted with extreme attention to detail, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a warranty for production defects on rings, and replacement of lost accent diamonds up to 2mm in width in the first year. Our warranty excludes damage that occurs due to daily wear and tear and/or negligence.
Accidents happen- if your ring requires repair, we’re always here to help.
After purchase, Alexis Gallery assumes no responsibility for wear and tear, accidental damage, lost centre stones or jewellery theft. Fine jewellery is fragile by nature, damage from wear is not a production defect. Insuring of jewellery is highly recommended. Insurance can cover theft, loss, stone loss and damage. Please note that modifications or alterations made by another jeweller will void your care package and warranty.

**Maximum complimentary resizing: Rings with stones set on the band, bezels, thick, or unique band shapes can often safely be resized a maximum of a 1/2 size. Rings with plain bands can often safely be resized a maximum of 1 size. Bands over 3mm include a complimentary resizing up to 1/2 size.
