Virtual Design Meetings

Our interactive virtual design meetings allow us to connect with clients who are outside the Greater Toronto Area, or who wish to design their ring contact-free.

Our virtual design process is identical to our in-person experience- we just swap an iPad for screen-sharing.

Our design meeting is held via face-to-face Zoom video, where we design every detail of your ring together.

Ahead of our call, we will prepare customized sample images, tailored to your design specifications, so you can feel confident seeing examples of design styles.

Next, we view our hand-picked diamond or gemstone options together, using high-res videos. Your diamond or gemstone is backed by our love your stone guarantee. Once you receive your ring, you have 7 days to change your stone if you’re less than 100% thrilled. We have offered this guarantee to hundreds of clients - all have LOVED their centre stone (but the peace of mind is priceless).

Once we’ve finalized your design, we create custom 3D digital renderings for your approval, before your ring is hand crafted in Toronto. This ensures that the only surprise you’ll receive is a good one, when your ring is shipped securely and free of charge to your door.
