Our interactive virtual design process allows us to connect with clients in Vancouver and beyond with exceptional service. This remote process is identical to our in-person experience – we just swap an iPad for screen-sharing.
Our design meeting is held via face-to-face Zoom video, where we design every detail of your ring together.
Ahead of our meeting, we will prepare customized sample media, tailored to your design specifications, so you can feel confident seeing examples of design styles.
Next, we view our hand-picked diamond or gemstone options together, using high-res videos. Once we’ve finalized your design, we create custom 3D digital renderings for your approval, before your ring is hand crafted. This ensures that the only surprise you’ll receive is a good one, when your ring is shipped securely and free of charge to your door.
Your lab diamond or gemstone is backed by our Love Your Stone Guarantee. Once you receive your ring, you have 7 days to change your stone if you’re less than 100% thrilled. We have offered this guarantee to hundreds of clients – all have LOVED their centre stone (but the peace of mind is priceless).

Absolutely. Our new Vancouver design studio is opening in 2026. Once we’re open, you’ll be able to visit us by appointment for your design meeting and diamond viewing. Until then, our process is built so distance feels easy. We begin with a short phone consultation to learn about your story, aesthetic, and priorities. From there, you’ll work 1:1 with a designer (never a salesperson) to select your centre stone, explore settings, and refine the details of your custom jewelry piece. You’ll review detailed 3D digital renderings before we craft the ring in our Toronto studio, so you can approve the look and proportions with confidence. Many clients begin by designing an engagement ring and later return for wedding bands or other pieces of custom milestone jewelry.
It’s straightforward and personal and an experience we’ve executed with hundreds of remote clients across Canada and beyond. We’ll meet by video on a Pacific‑friendly schedule, share curated stones through high‑resolution videos and images, and use screen sharing to walk through designs in real time. Small tweaks are easy to visualize together. You’ll have direct access to your designer for questions and updates from first call to final polish.
Once our studio is open in 2026, you’ll be able to see everything in person. If you’re getting started before then, we provide everything you need to make a clear choice: close‑up videos using leading industry equipment, measurements, and side‑by‑side comparisons. We’ll explain how cut, colour, clarity, and carat affect beauty and make recommendations on the best settings for durability. Depending on your preferences we’ll prepare lab grown or earth mined options, sapphires or other gemstones. If your experience is fully virtual and your lab diamond ring arrives and you don’t absolutely love your centre stone, our Love Your Stone Guarantee gives you seven days to request a change, so that your final ring has the perfect diamond for you.
Once our design studio is open, you can pick it up there at your convenience. Until then, your ring ships insured and tracked at no extra charge, with signature required on delivery to a secure pickup location. Before it leaves the studio, your piece is photographed, inspected, and securely packaged. If you’re timing a proposal, we’ll coordinate the schedule so everything arrives on time.
