You’ll receive a set of 3D digital renderings showing your ring from every angle. Together, we’ll walk through refinements until it feels perfect before giving the go-ahead to our studio to begin handcrafting your piece.

Every step of the production process is handled in Canada by our team of experts. You’ll be kept up to date about the progress of your ring with consistent communication. At your pickup meeting, you’ll also receive a 3rd party appraisal of your ring and premium ring box.

Ahead of our meeting, we will prepare customized ring samples and sample media, tailored to your design specifications, so you can feel confident seeing examples of design styles.
Next, we view our hand-picked diamond or gemstone options together, guiding you through how to evaluate gemstones.
By the end of your design meeting, you’ll have finalized your design choices and selected your centre stone. From there, we create your 3D digital renderings where you can tweak or approve your design before we begin the hand crafting process.

Absolutely. Now that our new design studio is open, you can visit us by appointment. We conveniently offer design meetings as well as pickup and drop off meetings after work hours and on the weekends. If in person isn’t convenient for you, you can also design your ring virtually through our virtual design process.
Our 3D digital renderings are true-to-scale representations of your ring. They show every element, from prong style and profile height to exact proportions. We’ll walk through each rendering together before we begin crafting. Clients often tell us the final ring looks even more beautiful in person.
No. Many clients come to us with only a few starting points, such as a preferred stone shape, metal colour, inspiration photos, or a general feeling they want the ring to have. During your design meeting, we’ll help you narrow the options, explain what works well together, and guide you toward a design that feels personal and practical.
Yes, in many cases we can incorporate an heirloom diamond, gemstone, or meaningful piece of jewellery into a new custom ring. We’ll first assess the stone or piece carefully, then walk you through what can be reused, what may need extra protection, and how to create a design that respects its sentimental value.
It takes approximately 8 weeks from the time you place your order at our Calgary design studio (following our design meeting). Shorter and longer timelines may be accommodated as well. We recommend reaching out at least 12 weeks before your proposal date, to ensure you have plenty of time to make changes at your own pace without feeling rushed.
