The design process can take place in-person at our Toronto studio, or you can take advantage of our five-star virtual process. This option mirrors the in-studio experience exactly — the only difference is that we swap an iPad for screen-sharing.

Can’t make it to Toronto? Our interactive virtual design process allows us to connect with clients in London and beyond. This remote process is identical to our in-person experience – we just swap an iPad for screen-sharing.
Our design meeting is held via face-to-face Zoom video, where we design every detail of your ring together.
Ahead of our meeting, we will prepare customized sample media, tailored to your design specifications, so you can feel confident seeing examples of design styles.
Next, we view our hand-picked diamond or gemstone options together, using high-res videos. Once we’ve finalized your design, we create custom 3D digital renderings for your approval, before your ring is hand crafted in Toronto. This ensures that the only surprise you’ll receive is a good one, when your ring is shipped securely and free of charge to your door.
Your lab diamond or gemstone is backed by our Love Your Stone Guarantee. Once you receive your ring, you have 7 days to change your stone if you’re less than 100% thrilled. Most clients in London work with us virtually, but you’re always welcome to visit the studio if that is convenient for you.
You’ll see everything you need to make a confident decision. We share high-resolution videos of each centre stone, filmed with specialized tools so you can evaluate colour, cut, and sparkle accurately. You’ll also receive detailed specifications and expert guidance as we compare different stones together. Whether you choose a lab grown diamond, an earth mined diamond, or a sapphire, we’ll help you find the one that feels right. And with our Love Your Stone Guarantee, you have seven days after your lab grown diamond ring arrives in London to request a change if the stone doesn’t feel perfect.
You’ll receive precise CAD renderings that capture every design element exactly to scale. Your designer will walk you through these renderings in detail, so you can see exactly how your ring will look before it’s made. We refine until you’re completely comfortable with the design.
Once approved, our team begins handcrafting your ring with the same care and attention we bring to every piece. Many of our London clients tell us the finished ring looks even better in person than they imagined from the renderings.
Ring delivery shipping is free, insured, and handled by trusted carriers, like FedEx or UPS. You’ll receive tracking updates and a signature will be required on delivery. Each ring is carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged for safe transit. If you’re working toward a proposal date or special occasion, we’ll coordinate timing so your ring arrives exactly when you need it. Whether you collect it in person or unbox it at home, it will be finished with care and ready to celebrate.
