About the Process

Your journey begins with a brief call directly with a designer, not a salesperson. We listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and share insights from more than a decade of experience creating custom engagement rings. Before your design meeting, we personally source a curated selection of diamonds or gemstones aligned with your vision. During the meeting, you will view the actual stone either in person or virtually via HD Videos and collaborate on the design.
Redesigning your engagement ring can be a powerful choice. Whether you are honoring an heirloom diamond or reimagining a symbol of new beginnings, our team approaches the process with care. Every heirloom carries meaning, and sometimes subtle changes are enough, while other times a bold reimagining is called for. Either way, we respect your history while creating something you will feel proud to wear today.

From sketch to polish, everything is completed in-house by designers who care about their craft. The entire process is about transforming your story into something tangible.

Frequently Asked Questions About Designing a Ring From Mississauga

Yes, absolutely. But you’re also welcome to visit us in person! All Mississauga clients begin with a phone consultation – and some continue with a fully virtual process from start to finish. Others drop by our Toronto studio to see stones, confirm their ring size and/or experience their design meeting in person . We’re flexible either way. Your designer will meet you where you’re most comfortable and guide you through each step with the same level of care and attention.
Your designer will source a selection of stones based on your preferences and budget. We work with lab grown diamonds, earth mined diamonds, sapphires, and other gemstones. We’ll share HD videos, natural-light comparisons, and full gem details so you can evaluate each one confidently from home. If you’d rather see them in person, we can arrange a viewing in our Toronto studio at the appropriate stage of the process.

Every ring featuring a lab grown diamond is backed by our Love Your Stone Guarantee. If you’re not completely sure about your centre stone once you see it in person, we will change it for another stone of equivalent value free of charge. Of the hundred virtual rings we’ve designed, none have required this option, but the option is always there for peace of mind.

From your design meeting to final delivery, most rings are completed within eight weeks. If you’re working toward a proposal date in Mississauga, let us know early. We’ll plan your timeline carefully and keep you updated from the first sketch to the final polish.

We offer free, fully insured courier delivery to Mississauga through UPS or FedEx. You’ll receive tracking and updates, and the package will require a signature upon arrival. Most clients prefer to pick up their finished ring directly from our Toronto studio, which we’re happy to arrange.
