After approval, your ring design moves into production and is meticulously made by hand. After completion, your rings are carefully packaged and protected before shipment to you in Edmonton.
Our interactive virtual design process allows us to connect with clients in Edmonton and beyond with exceptional service. This remote process is identical to our in-person experience – we just swap an iPad for screen-sharing.
Our design meeting is held via face-to-face Zoom video, where we design every detail of your ring together.
Ahead of our meeting, we will prepare customized sample media, tailored to your design specifications, so you can feel confident seeing examples of design styles.
Next, we view our hand-picked diamond or gemstone options together, using high-res videos. Once we’ve finalized your design, we create custom 3D digital renderings for your approval, before your ring is hand crafted in Toronto. This ensures that the only surprise you’ll receive is a good one, when your ring is shipped securely and free of charge to your door.

Your designer will present a curated selection of options, complete with daylight videos, specs, and side-by-side comparisons. Whether you prefer diamonds or something colourful, like a sapphire, you’ll get expert guidance at every step. And with our Love Your Stone Guarantee, if you’re not completely sure about your centre stone once you see it in person, we will change it for another stone of equivalent value free of charge. Of the hundred virtual rings we’ve designed, none have required this option, but the option is always there for peace of mind.
